These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScheduleSync Chrome extension ("ScheduleSync"). By using ScheduleSync, you agree to these Terms.
ScheduleSync is a tool designed to help users synchronize class schedule information from PowerSchool with Google Calendar.
ScheduleSync is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by PowerSchool or Google.
You may use ScheduleSync only with accounts and information that you are authorized to access.
You are responsible for complying with the rules, policies, and terms applicable to your school, PowerSchool account, Google account, and other services you use with ScheduleSync.
ScheduleSync does not require users to provide their PowerSchool username or password to ScheduleSync.
ScheduleSync uses the user's existing authenticated PowerSchool browser session to access schedule information needed to provide synchronization.
You are responsible for maintaining authorized access to your PowerSchool account.
ScheduleSync may request authorization to access Google Calendar in order to create, locate, and update calendar events associated with your class schedule.
You may revoke ScheduleSync's Google account access through your Google account settings.
You agree not to use ScheduleSync to:
ScheduleSync may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Features may stop working temporarily or permanently because of changes made by third-party services such as PowerSchool, Google, Chrome, schools, or school districts.
ScheduleSync is designed to synchronize schedule information accurately, but it does not guarantee that calendar information will always be complete, accurate, or up to date.
Users should refer to their school's official systems for authoritative schedule information.
ScheduleSync interacts with third-party services, including PowerSchool and Google Calendar. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms, policies, and availability.
ScheduleSync is not responsible for the operation, availability, security, or content of third-party services.
Your use of ScheduleSync is also subject to the ScheduleSync Privacy Policy.

ScheduleSync is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by applicable law.
ScheduleSync is not a replacement for official school communications or official schedule information.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of ScheduleSync will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar damages resulting from the use of or inability to use ScheduleSync.
These Terms may be updated as ScheduleSync changes. When these Terms are updated, the effective date at the top of this page will be changed.
