ScheduleSync is a Chrome extension that synchronizes your PowerSchool class schedule with Google Calendar and keeps your calendar up to date when your schedule changes.

ScheduleSync makes it easier to keep track of your school schedule without manually creating hundreds of calendar events.

Schedule Syncing

Reads your class schedule from PowerSchool and creates corresponding events in your Google Calendar.

Automatic Updates

ScheduleSync can periodically check your schedule and update existing calendar events when information changes.

Duplicate Prevention

Existing ScheduleSync calendar events are matched and updated instead of creating a new copy every time you sync.

How it works

  1. Install the ScheduleSync Chrome extension.
  2. Sign in to PowerSchool normally through your school's PowerSchool website.
  3. Open your PowerSchool schedule and start ScheduleSync.
  4. Authorize ScheduleSync to access your Google Calendar.
  5. ScheduleSync creates and maintains your class events in Google Calendar.

Designed with privacy in mind

ScheduleSync does not collect or store your PowerSchool username or password.

You sign in directly through PowerSchool. ScheduleSync uses your existing authenticated browser session to access the schedule information needed for synchronization.

ScheduleSync does not send your PowerSchool schedule, PowerSchool credentials, or Google Calendar information to servers operated by the ScheduleSync developer.
